USA Windows & Doors ("we", "us") is a licensed contractor based in Sunrise, Florida, serving Miami-Dade, Broward and Palm Beach counties. This policy explains what we collect when you use usawindowsanddoors.com or one of our landing pages, why we collect it, and the choices you have.
Information you give us
When you request an estimate, book an appointment, call us or message us, we collect:
- Your name, phone number and email address
- Your property address or ZIP code
- What you are looking for — windows, doors, roofing — and any notes you add
- Appointment times you select
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, ours records technical information as you browse: IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, and how you arrived. We use the following tools to do this:
- Google Analytics 4 and Google Ads — traffic measurement and ad conversion tracking, including a Google Click ID when you arrive from an ad.
- Meta Pixel and Conversions API — measures which Facebook and Instagram ads lead to enquiries, and lets us show ads to people who visited the site.
- CallRail — swaps the phone number shown on the page so we can tell which campaign produced a call. Calls to those numbers may be recorded for quality and training; you will be told at the start of the call.
- LeadConnector chat — on pages carrying our chat widget, so we can answer questions in real time.
How we use it
- To respond to your estimate request and schedule a visit
- To prepare and send quotes, and to carry out work you hire us for
- To follow up about your enquiry by phone, text or email
- To measure which advertising actually produces work, and to spend our advertising budget accordingly
- To meet permitting, warranty, insurance and other legal obligations
Calls and text messages
When you give us your phone number and ask for an estimate, you agree that we may call and text you about that request, including with an autodialer. Consent to marketing texts is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency varies. Reply STOP to any text to opt out, or HELP for help. Opting out of marketing texts does not stop messages needed to service an appointment you booked.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with companies that help us run the business, and only so they can do that work:
- Our CRM and scheduling system (GoHighLevel), which stores your contact record and appointment
- Our email provider (Resend), which delivers the notification of your enquiry to our office
- Google and Meta, in the form of the advertising measurement described above
- CallRail, for call tracking and recording
- Installers, suppliers, permitting offices and finance partners, where needed to quote or complete your job
We may also disclose information where the law requires it, or to establish or defend a legal claim.
Cookies and your choices
You can clear or block cookies in your browser settings, though parts of the site may stop working. You can opt out of Google Analytics with Google’s browser add-on, and adjust ad personalisation in your Google and Meta account settings. Our advertising pixels are described above so you know exactly what is running.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry records for as long as needed to serve you and to honour warranty, permitting, tax and insurance obligations. If you ask us to delete your information and we are not required to keep it, we will.
Your rights
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or ask us to stop contacting you. Email or call us using the details below and we will respond. We will not treat you differently for exercising these rights.
Children
This site is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of the page.
